Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of sewing or stitching a design or logo onto fabric. Most printed logos or designs can be turned into stitches using a computerized process called digitizing. Embroidery is our specialty here at The Monogram Company with in-house digitizing and production. The process is commonly used for corporate apparel, team apparel and nicer promotional products and gifts. Pricing is based upon size and complexity of the design as well as the quantity of garments.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is the process of creating images by forcing ink through a fabric screen onto the surface to be printed. This process is commonly used on inexpensive items such as t-shirts for team apparel, give-aways and event promotions. For larger runs, it is generally a less expensive process than embroidery. Pricing varies based upon quantity of garments, colors and locations.
Sublimation
Sublimation is the process of creating images using heat-activated inks that have the ability to bond with polyester or acrylic surfaces. Sublimated images are extremely soft, washable, and scratch/fade resistant because the image is protected within the surface. Sublimation is a great process to use to get a full color imprint at an affordable price on smaller runs. Pricing varies based upon quantity of garments and size of imprint.
